Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping & Delivery
At Silver King, we understand the excitement of receiving your order, and we strive to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery process.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Major Cities & Towns: Delivery within 3 working days.
- Outlying Areas: Delivery within 4 – 7 working days.
- Special Orders: If applicable, certain custom or special-order items may take up to 21 days to be delivered.
All orders are shipped via PostNet to PostNet. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and depend on the destination.
Delivery Terms:
- Once your order has been dispatched, Silver King is not responsible for delays caused by PostNet or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If delivery is attempted but not collected within the PostNet holding period, any additional costs for re-delivery or storage will be your responsibility.
- Upon collection, you will be required to sign for your package. By signing, you confirm that the order was received in good condition and without defects. Silver King is not liable for any damage after this point.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our silver jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing [sales@silverking.co.za] with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon inspection.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- All returns must be shipped via PostNet to PostNet, with tracking details provided to us.
Refunds & Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.
3. Order Accuracy & Cancellations
- Please ensure all orders are correct before completing your purchase. Silver King is not responsible for incorrect item selections or quantities ordered.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
